About Me
As a highly sensitive person, I spent my teens and early twenties grappling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, panic attacks, and a series of traumatic events that left me feeling broken and trapped on an emotional rollercoaster. I truly believed I would never get better, but everything changed for me when I discovered hypnotherapy and later the science of well-being.
The transformative power of hypnotherapy allowed me to overcome my own emotional difficulties, and the science of well-being taught me how to be happy, bringing me peace, clarity, and lots of carefree laughter. Now, I am dedicated to helping others achieve the same healing and transformation that I experienced. I am a certified hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and have studied under Robert Crow and Inga Chamberlain at the Atlanta Center for Hypnosis Training. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgia State University, and I learned the science of well-being from Yale online.
